Quality Stretch Fabric
This is a really nice stretch fabric. The color is as pictured, has a good 4 way stretch to it, and it is fairly opaque too, even when fully stretched. I've purchased a couple of fabrics from Payless fabrics now, and I've never had a problem. Thank you again.
